У меня есть коллега, пытающийся переустановить пакет keras-retin anet после восстановления компьютера. И постоянно получает сообщение об ошибке «ОШИБКА: команда удалена без выхода 1:» (полное сообщение и журнал включены в конце этого поста (извинения за то, как долго)) при выполнении команды «pip install . -user». Кто-нибудь знает, что может быть причиной этой проблемы?

Запуск python V 3.7.6 (также пытался запустить более новую версию 3.8.2).
