Внутренняя ошибка TensorFlow

Уважаемые, я не могу начать работу с TensorFlow. Даже если я проигнорирую эту ошибку, другая команда не будет работать. Я обрезал всю ошибку, только начало и некоторые предложения сохранились. Надеюсь, опытные новички поймете проблему. Пожалуйста, помогите всем.

Я решил это, скачав и установив Visual Studio 2017-2019 x86 и x64 отсюда:

Другое решение - понизить тензор потока до 2.0: 

pip install tensorflow==2.0

У меня Python 3.7 .6, CUDA 10.1 и cuDNN для CUDA 10.1, и я выполнил следующие требования:

Это может быть отсутствующий каталог из переменной среды% PATH%.
