Как получить положение курсора по x и y в contentEditable div

Каков простой способ получить живую позицию курсора по осям x и y? Я видел ответы о том, как получить позицию индекса, но не x и y, которые обновляются по мере ввода. Как лучше всего это сделать с помощью JQuery?
