Получение NPE NullPointerException в PageFactory (Selenium + Java)

Я пытаюсь реализовать шаблон Page Factory для своей среды тестирования, но получаю NPE при попытке достичь или взаимодействовать с элементами. Кстати, я использую Spring Dependency Injection для совместного использования экземпляра WebDriver между тестами (вместо конструктора), поэтому я реализовал PageFactory initElements() внутри нестатического c блока, чтобы иметь возможность его достичь. Кстати, без PageFactory (без @FindBy и с прокомментированными элементами) он работает отлично. Вот мой код PO.class:

, чтобы запустить PageFactory, который написан в конструкторе, он должен быть инициирован путем создания объекта класса. это помогло мне добиться этого.
