Интерактивные диаграммы Альтаира ничего не рисуют - python3

Я пытаюсь запустить пример: Многострочная всплывающая подсказка , и это работает без ошибок, но ничего не показывает мне, это должно дать мне интерактивный сюжет. Я использую Python 3.8.0, установленный вместе с anaconda3 в Visual Studio Code, и установил все зависимости и дополнительные . ОС Mi - W10.
