Я пытаюсь заставить Heroku признать мой проект как проект PHP

Я установил пакет сборки вручную с помощью команды: 

heroku buildpacks:set heroku/php

У меня есть файл composer.json, в котором только {}.

Однако я все равно получаю следующая ошибка при попытке pu sh и, следовательно, построить мой проект:
