Мой sybase.php:

Все работает нормально, когда я запускаю его через CLI, php sybase.php. Но он не подключится, когда я запустил его через веб-сервер. Кто-нибудь знает, что не так с моим кодом?
Я тоже пытался поставить
putenv("FREETDSCONF=/usr/local/etc/freetds.conf");
но ничего не происходит, я даже пытался указать неправильный путь к freetds.conf до sybase_connect(), и код все равно будет работать нормально (с использованием php sybase.php, но не через веб-сервер).
Кстати, я получаю эти ошибки каждый раз, когда перезагружаю свой apache:
