Exchange WebDAV Сохранить в черновиках НЕ редактируется - PullRequest

У меня следующий код для сохранения сообщения в папке черновиков Exchange WEBDAV.ИТ-отдел сохраняет сообщение, но если открыть его в Outlook, кнопка «Отправить» отключена и сообщение доступно только для чтения.Пожалуйста, помогите мне найти то, что мне не хватает в этом коде ...

Я нашел ответ в блоге Акаши на MSDN. Нужно внимательно прочитать это, чтобы получить реальный ответ, но решение сработало.
