Ваш пользовательский вид макета не появляется, потому что вы ничего не вкладываете в него. В вашем onFinishInflate есть строка inflatedView = li.inflate(R.layout.provider_view, null); Но вы не добавляете это к своему представлению. У вас есть два варианта, чтобы добавить виды в свой пользовательский вид макета.

Измените свой пользовательский вид, чтобы расширить RelativeLayout, измените вложение RelativeLayout на <merge> в файле provider_view.xml и исправьте свои findViewId строки в this.findViewId(...), так как представления будет раздуто в вашем макете.

В вашем макете xml сделать:

Или вы могли бы правильно накачать представление в onCreate на layoutInflater.inflate(R.layout.provider_view, this, true). Этот вызов раздувает ссылочный макет в переданные ViewGroup, в данном случае ваш пользовательский вид, и добавляет к нему завышенные View s. Затем вы можете исправить findViewId звонки в вашем onFinishInflate.

Мне кажется, что функции getMeasureWidth() и getMeasureHeight() для вашего представления всегда возвращают 0.
