Android scrollview скрывает верхний контент в макете

У меня возникла проблема, когда на экране прокрутки Android скрывается пара текстовых просмотров, которые есть у меня в верхней части макета. На этом же сайте я нашел еще одного человека, у которого была эта проблема и который, к сожалению, смог получить помощь, который помог они на самом деле не сказали, что это исправляет, может кто-нибудь сказать мне, что было здесь исправить?

1. Удалить свойство android: layout_gravity из xml
2. Добавить прокрутку в функцию onResume
