Dragable BitmapField в ежевике

Я создаю приложение, где мне нужно BitmapField поверх MapField.Этот BitmapField должен быть перетаскиваемым, т.е. когда я щелкаю по BitmapField и перемещаю курсор, BitmapField должен двигаться без перемещения карты.Является ли это возможным??Как я могу это сделать ..?
