Я взял приведенный выше код из примеров кодов и попытался запустить его.Я добавил файлы фляги как упомянуто.Все ошибки и предупреждения исчезли.но когда я запускаю код.

Я новичок в javacv и пробую в первый раз.Может ли кто-нибудь помочь мне с этим ..

Убедитесь, что файлы библиотеки OpenCV (*. Dll) можно найти либо в их каталоге установки по умолчанию, либо в системном PATH, который в Windows включает текущий рабочий каталог. (Для ответов на проблемы, часто встречающиеся с OpenCV на платформе Windows, обратитесь к разделу Общие проблемы с OpenCV под Windows 7.)
