NuGet [Install-Package], NotImplementedException при попытке установить пакет или создание проекта mvc 3

Question

При попытке установить пакет NuGet я получаю сообщение об ошибке «Метод или операция не реализованы». Эта операция работает для обоих моих коллег.При создании нового приложения Mvc 3 в диалоговом окне появляется та же ошибка: «Метод или операция не реализованы».Кто-нибудь знает, что здесь происходит?

Какую версию NuGet вы используете, я недавно обновил свою копию NuGet, чтобы использовать EntityFramework.Мне пришлось полностью удалить NuGet, а затем переустановить, чтобы использовать последний пакет EntityFramework, надеюсь, это поможет!
