Неверный запрос с конечной точкой SOAP Веб-сервис WCF

У меня есть служба WCF, которая должна иметь несколько конечных точек (в частности, json и SOAP), чтобы сделать ее совместимой с устройствами Android и WP7.

При наличии конфигурации, представленной в следующем файле, я могу получить доступ кс Google Chrome, используя конечную точку json, но если я попытаюсь использовать конечную точку мыла, я не смогу.Используя Fiddler, я получил ошибку 404 для адреса http://liveandesor.web711.discountasp.net/wcf/SightingServiceRest.svc/json,, в то время как я получил ошибочный запрос 400 ошибок, используя те же адреса, но с мылом в конце.

Я попытался использовать конфигурацию, указанную этот урок , но безрезультатно.

Почему я здесь не так?Как я могу это исправить?

"Потому что, когда я пытаюсь использовать инструмент slsvcutil для создания ссылки только с конечной точкой json, все, что он говорит«Нет конечных точек, совместимых с Silverlight 3.»
