После загрузки исходного кода из GIT-хаба Я устанавливаю переменные среды
как Xuggle YouTube Video так сказал
export XUGGLE_HOME=/usr/local
export PATH=$XUGGLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$XUGGLE_HOME
Тогда я просто запустил тест муравья командой
ant run-tests
Который дал мне следующий вывод с ошибкой в конце ..
