Я сделал карту сайта, которую я в основном распечатываю из БД.

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке при проверке карты сайта Google, но не могу понять, почему. Надеюсь, что кто-то может помочь.

Это потому, что у вас есть буквальный & в <loc> для Tropicana Golf & Country Resort.Вы должны заменить его на &amp;.

Это: 

<url><loc>http://website/ad/541/Linked%20House%20For%20Rent%20in%20Tropicana Golf & Country Resort,%20Tropicana</loc></url>

Должно быть: 

<url><loc>http://website/ad/541/Linked%20House%20For%20Rent%20in%20Tropicana Golf &amp; Country Resort,%20Tropicana</loc></url>
...
