Загрузите файл, используя запрос API PUT

Я строю API в PHP. Одним из методов является place.new (запрос PUT). Он ожидает несколько строковых полей, а также ожидает изображение. Однако я не могу заставить его работать. С POST-запросом это было легко, но я не уверен, как это сделать с PUT и как получить данные на сервере.

Вы читали http://php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.put-method.php? Script PUT /put.php все настроено?

Кроме того, что такое $image - это должен быть обработчик файла, а не имя файла.

Ps. Использование file_get_contents попытается загрузить в память все, что находится на сервере. Не хорошая идея. См. Связанную страницу руководства.
