Сбой приложения WPF после выхода пользователя из полноэкранного режима CMD

Приложение WPF зависало после выхода пользователя из полноэкранного режима CMD. Я не имею ни малейшего представления, чтобы исправить это, вот исключение:

Это было исправлено в .NET 3.5 с пакетом обновления 1 (SP1). Я считаю - убедитесь, что у вас есть все последние обновления и что-то установлено в Центре обновления Windows, связанное с .NET.
