Загрузка чанка не работает с большими файлами - Laravel 5.8

Мне нужно загрузить большие файлы на мой сайт, и для этого я использовал Dropzone JS , с pion / laravel-chunk-upload , я не понимаю,все хорошо и верно, но хотя это, любая загрузка для больших файлов не завершена, при загрузке небольших файлов я получаю результат, но когда я пытаюсь с большими файлами, например, 5 МБ,

  • Он останавливается на части загрузки для хостов, например (Hostinger)
  • не не работает и выдает ошибку от laravel validator для WampServer 4 (localhost)

Я пытался удалить мой валидатор, но та же проблема, я не могу загрузить или проверить, является ли действительный файл или что-то в этом роде!(для localhost)

Я много пробовал, но не понимаю проблемы и не могу найти решение, пожалуйста, помогите, это мой код:

Проверьте максимальный размер вашей конфигурации PHP.ini. 

upload_max_filesize = 10M
post_max_size = 11M
...
