Я перепробовал многие из доступных решений, включая fetch_openml (), но до сих пор ничего не получалось, что означает устаревший? Может кто-нибудь, пожалуйста, помогите решить эту проблему?

Эта ошибка произошла, когда я запустил приведенный выше код в блокноте jupyter. Я также попробовал это в ipython и python3, все в Ubuntu 18.04
