Невозможно создать Launcher без хотя бы одного TestEngine, PreconditionViolationException

Я хочу запустить весь тест в начале моего приложения. Но я получаю: Исключение в потоке "main" org.junit.platform.commons.util.PreconditionViolationException: Невозможно создать модуль запуска без хотя бы одного TestEngine; рассмотрите возможность добавления JAR реализации движка в classpath

Уже пробовал добавить surefire-плагин в раздел плагинов. Перепробовал несколько разных версий junit ... ничего не помогло.
