Как исправить заголовочные файлы FLTK из книги «Принципы и практика программирования с использованием C ++»? - PullRequest

Я следую «Принципам программирования и практике с использованием C ++» и попал в главу 12, где вводится GUI. Однако я не могу заставить файлы заголовка из книги работать. Я сделал те же изменения в заголовочных файлах, что и они, что позволило избавиться от большинства ошибок, но не от всех. После комментирования некоторых дубликатов объявлений в Simple_window.h и Simple_window.cpp у меня осталось только 7 ошибок.
