Как установить модули Python без пипа?

Я попытался установить модули Python с pip и получаю следующее:

доказательство того, что pip установлено 

PS C:\Users\usename\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37-32> pip

Usage:

Тогда pip install requests дай мне эту ошибку:

Я попытался установить без pip, но я тоже не смог заставить его работать.

Я почти уверен, что это связано с брандмауэрами компании, но не могу их обойти.

Я видел эту ошибку раньше, она обычно вызвана тем, что вы находитесь за корпоративным прокси, или вы были pwned.
Предполагая, что это прокси, вам нужно выяснить, что такое ваш https прокси и добавить его вкоманда pip выглядит так: 

pip install requests --proxy=https://my_proxy.com:xxx

где xxx - порт вашего прокси
