OWIN класс запуска в VB.NET

Я пытаюсь создать класс запуска OWIN для аутентификации Azure AD, используя в качестве примера пример проекта от Microsoft. Пример находится в C #, но проект, к которому я его адаптирую, находится в VB.NET, поэтому мне нужно преобразовать следующий C # в VB.NET:

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке .AuthenticationFailed = OnAuthenticationFailed(). В сообщении об ошибке говорится, что мне нужно передать параметр context, что имеет смысл, но я не совсем понимаю, почему он не требуется в версии C # и что я должен передать в VB.NET.

В итоге я просто написал встроенную функцию OnAuthenticationFailed():
