Ошибка при накачке CardView, несмотря на использование последней версии

У меня есть проблема, которая тратит мое время. Я очень хорошо работал над своим проектом до вчерашнего дня. Когда я начал работать вчера утром, я столкнулся с этой проблемой;

"Строка двоичного XML-файла # 2: Ошибка надувания класса android.support.v7.widget.CardView"

Я неожиданно погуглил и увидел, что сталкивались и другие люди. Но ответы на эти проблемы не мое решение. Это не решило мою проблему. Просьба сохранить мой день :)

Удалите это начальное пространство в вашем xml. (Прямо перед <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>) Причина: объявление XML должно предшествовать всему содержимому документа.
