Я хочу удалить пустые строки и метку времени из файла субтитров в Блокноте ++

Я знаю, что этот вопрос уже задавался, и ответом является следующий код: ^ [\ d \ s \ n]. * \ N

Но если в начале текста есть число, эта строка также удаляется.

Например, в следующих строках:
