Vue Проблемы с установкой CLI

я учусь Vue. JS и мне нужно установить Vue CLI.

NodeJS: v13.8.0 Vue CLI: v4.2.2

Я установил NodeJS без проблем, но когда я go в папку на терминале и установил Vue CLI с (npm install -g @ vue / cli), я получил много ошибок.

Я могу создать проект через терминал с помощью: (vue create nameofproject), но в нем также есть ошибка, и я не могу ее запустить npm Запустить службу
