Laravel 7 Ошибка развертывания на Live Shared Server (Hostgator)

Я развернул свое приложение laravel 7 на общем хостинге (hostgator) под управлением php 7.1 после настройки файлов, когда я пытался получить доступ к приложению, я получил эту ошибку, это проблема файла .httacess или что ?
