Убедитесь, что при создании веб-службы правильная конфигурация времени выполнения веб-службы.

Возможно, вы пытаетесь использовать Apache Axis, а не Apache CXF 2.x. В первом диалоговом окне веб-служб щелкните время выполнения веб-службы и выберите Apache CXF 2.x.

это может быть связано с тем, что вы пытаетесь передать список в качестве параметра, а спецификация JAX-RPC не определяет четкое отображение между объектом java.util.List и XML. Хорошая новость заключается в том, что у вас есть другие варианты. Для вашего примера вы можете объявить тип «актеров» в самом параметре. Например, используйте String [] или Actors [] (где Actors - сложный тип).
