Я не могу понять, почему следующее возвращает OSStatus -10851:

Два возможных элемента для проверки: Ваш опубликованный код смешивает использование AudioSampleType и AudioUnitSampleType, которые представляют собой два типа данных разного размера. Вы также указываете флаг kAudioFormatFlagIsNonInterleaved только для 1 канала данных, что, вероятно, не обязательно.
