Проверил мой код и зарегистрировал несколько различных вещей, и URL-адрес, вызывающий появление этой ошибки, выглядит довольно нормально.Они цитируются через urllib.quote, и посещение их через браузер приводит к нормальному результату.
Ошибка происходит со многими URL, а не с одним.URL-адрес указывает на службу API и создается внутри приложения.
