Ошибка при загрузке темы при загрузке графического макета

Когда я открываю XML-файл, то нет возможности открыть графический макет, чтобы проверить дизайн без запуска приложения

Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши файл LayoutXml

-> OpenWith-> Andorid Layout Editor
