Чтобы получить z-оценки, вы можете использовать scale(), а для получения ковариационной матрицы вы можете использовать cov(). Но нет никакой причины производить ковариационную матрицу из z-показателей вместо необработанных данных. Вы также можете визуализировать матрицу корреляции, используя функцию corrplot в пакете corrplot. Функция corrplot также будет принимать необработанные данные в качестве входных данных. Не ковариационная матрица.
