У меня большой набор данных о растительности, и я хочу рассчитать расстояние Брея-Кертиса с помощью функции vegdist из пакета vegan.

У меня есть таблица растительности (deltaveg) с 370 парными участками (постоянные квадранты).185, где был записан в 2001 году и еще раз в 2018. Если использовать функцию

, это дает мне матрицу данных с 370 * 370 сравнениями.Мне нужна только матрица, сравнивающая сайты с одинаковым кодом (т. Е. Сайт A1 с A1, сайт B3 с B3 и т. Д.), И в итоге получаю работоспособную таблицу.

split.data.frame разделит ваш data.frame deltaveg на список подмножеств data.frames по Site значениям столбца. Вы можете использовать каждый из этих подмножеств фреймов данных отдельно в качестве входных данных для функции vegdist, используя lapply.
