Я пытаюсь извлечь только первый удар из файла NCBI xml BLAST. Далее хотелось бы получить только первый HSP. на последнем этапе я хотел бы получить их на основе лучшего результата.

В основном каждый запрос поиска создает элемент Итерации. каждая итерация может иметь несколько попаданий, которые в свою очередь могут иметь несколько HSP. Я хотел бы получить только первый удар, и это первый HSP от каждой итерации. если BLAST не нашел хитов, я бы проигнорировал итерацию.
